Rehome & Recoup is a carefully formulated nutritional supplement. It has been created to support adopted and rehomed hens as they transition from ex-commercial life, to life as part of a family. It is also an ideal nutritional boost for hens recovering from illness or a period of stress. Rehome & Recoup is a highly palatable formula to encourage appetite with added hemp and sunflower to support recovery and renewal. Oregano and brewers yeast help support the digestive system as your hens adapt to their new diet and lifestyle. Calming herbs help to reduce the overwhelm of rehoming as they learn to use their natural instincts and thrive in a completely new environment. This chicken ‘R &R Mix’ is designed to help support energy, body condition, feather health, and overall wellbeing—offering gentle, targeted care as your hens settle into their new flock.
How is it Made?
Rehome & Recoup is hand made by us to ensure freshness and quality. Our British hemp seed meal, blended with sunflower hearts provides an excellent source of protein, omega oils and essential amino acids. Natural botanicals including nettle, seaweed and brewers yeast, provide essential vitamins and antioxidants. Oregano pellets help support immunity and resistance. Newly rehomed hens are often overwhelmed, so we have also added calming chamomile and lemon balm to help them settle into their new home.

They give hardworking hens a second chance to enjoy life as much-loved pets and there’s no doubt they bring joy and laughter wherever they nest. This product was developed in conjunction with the charity to give adopted hens the treat they so deserve.
