General
We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies. We make no claims to treat cure or alleviate medical conditions for any species for which veterinary advice would normally be sought. If you are concerned about your animal’s health you are advised to contact a suitably qualified veterinary practitioner.

Delivery
All orders placed online or by telephone are dispatched within 2 working days. If there is any reason why we cannot fulfil your order you will be contacted within this time – eg stock levels.  Delivery will be carried out by our appointed courier – normally DPD or Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Order tracking on DPD deliveries can be tracked via their website with the tracking number. You can obtain your tracking number by contacting The Little Feed Company on [email protected]  Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 4 working days. If you do not receive your order you must contact us within 14 days of dispatch.

Credit card safety
The Little Feed Company and our secure payment service providers, use the latest technology to protect your credit card and personal information. Neither party releases information to any outside organization, other than in the verification of payment details with banking organisations. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

Secure Transactions
The Little Feed Company intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change, we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. If policy changes are substantial, we will notify our customers via e-mail. Please periodically review our Privacy Policy for changes. Communication and Marketing
By joining our mailing list and providing thelittlefeedcompany.co.uk with your email, postal address and telephone number you consent to receive communication from us about our latest products and special offers which we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive marketing (emails, postal, telephone) from us we recommend you email us at [email protected] requesting to opt-out.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order by informing us of your intention in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to The Little Feed Company, Woodgate Cottage, Morchard Bishop, Crediton, Devon. EX17 6SJ. Alternatively the goods can be collected from you but a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods. A quote for the cost of doing so can be provided at the time of your request.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days in the condition that they were supplied.  The customer is responsible for arranging and all return costs

Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any parcels that are delivered damaged or split boxes must be signed for as damaged, we are unable to replace or refund any items that have a signature as received in good condition
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us as soon as possible on Tel 07378 416117 or email [email protected]. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Once this has been received you will be offered the choice of a replacement item or a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for sending replacement goods.

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where: (a)there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; (b)such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; (c) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or (d) such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
