What is it?
Flex Free is a joint supplement for horses to support flexibility and comfortable movement. We’ve combined five major key ingredients (MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Hyaluronic Acid & Boswellia) with micronized hemp meal to give your horse total joint support. Flex Free provides the building blocks of cartilage, supports the body’s own natural anti-inflammatory systems, supports muscle health, maintains comfort and provides anti-oxidant support to the joints.
What is it for?
Wear and tear to the joints is a natural process. The body will repair small amounts of wear to the joints without you or your horse even noticing. However, if the horse is working hard, or as the horse ages, it becomes harder for the body to keep up with the demand on the joints. Feeding a joint supplement for horses provides a readily available supply of essential nutrients which will help to feed and support the joints so the horse can stay comfortable and perform to his optimum ability.
How is it Made?
Flex Free is our own unique recipe, carefully hand made in Devon in small batches to maintain quality and freshness. Our key ingredients are blended with crushed and micronized hemp seed meal. Hemp for horses is a natural source of Omega 3,6 & 9, including SDA and GLA and an excellent source of protein. Hemp meal is also really palatable and gives Flex Free a delicious aroma. Importantly, our Flex Free is soya and cereal free, sugar free and with no added flavours or colours. Feeding Instructions
Feeding rate calculated for a 60ml scoop.
Horses:
Loading rate: 100g /day (3 scoops) for 2 – 4 weeks depending on need
Maintenance rate: 30 – 60g (1 – 2 scoops) per day
Ponies:
Loading rate 66g / day
Maintenance rate 17 – 33g /day
